- Podcast and content updates from the Equip section

- Service announcements and important account information

- Support and customer service communications

- Surveys or feedback requests

By opting in, you acknowledge that you understand the purpose of these

communications and consent to receive them at the phone number you provide.

4. Event Registration & Payments
Some offerings (retreats, intensives, gatherings) may require payment. By registering:

You agree to pay all fees as stated

You authorize us to charge your payment method

Refund and cancellation policies will be posted where applicable

5.1 Message and Data Rates for SMS

When you opt in to receive SMS communications from Abide & Lead, please note

that message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging rates and data

charges from your mobile carrier may be incurred for any SMS communications

you receive. The frequency of messages will vary based on your preferences and

our communication needs. We are not responsible for any charges applied by your

mobile carrier related to SMS messages. Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Abide & Lead is not responsible for any delays,

failures, or errors in SMS message delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable

for late or undelivered messages. While we make efforts to ensure timely

delivery of SMS messages, message delivery times may vary based on carrier

networks and your device settings. In the event of message delivery failures,

Abide & Lead's sole liability is limited to re-sending the message or

providing the information through alternative means.

5. Intellectual Property
Content on the Service (text, logos, graphics, audio) is owned by Abide & Lead or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivatives without written permission.

6. User-Provided Content
If you submit content (testimonials, comments), you grant Abide & Lead a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the Service.

7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use after changes means acceptance.

12. Opting Out of Communications

SMS Communications: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying

"STOP" to any text message from Abide & Lead. Your opt-out request will be

processed immediately, and you should not receive further SMS messages within

a reasonable timeframe (typically within one business day).

Marketing Emails: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the

"unsubscribe" link in any email we send or by emailing us at

[email protected].

You may continue to receive transactional messages (event confirmations,

payment receipts, account notifications) even if you opt out of promotional

communications.
